If this these three are part of your next holiday interests, then this magnificent wondrous 2 night trip to North West of Namibia will do just that. Soak up the culture in the historic, beautiful (22,270-sq km) park, which gets its names from Etosha Pan which is almost entirely within the park. The park is home to hundreds ofspecies ofmammals,birds andreptiles,including several threatened and endanger ed species such as the black rhinoceros. It is located in the Kunene region and shares boundaries with the regions of Oshana, Oshikoto and Otjozondjupa.
Etosha National Park
Day 1: Windhoek to Okaukuejo camp (450 km)
Your driver/guide will meet you at your hotel at 7.30am for a brief talk where you will briefed your trip before setting off for the drive to Etosha National Park. Armed with lunch packs,We shall depart the city via the B1 to the north, embarking on an adventure to the world famous Etosha National Park. We have a long drive today. On our way we will have brief stops in Otjiwarongo and for if there will be need for a cup of coffee at Outjo, depending on the time. We arrive at our destination late in the evening and after settling into our rooms either in Etosha village or Ukaukuejo camp, in the afternoon we will have time to explore the surroundings and enjoy the swimming pool .

Day 2: Okaukuejo – East Etosha Namutoni region
Today we will spend most of the day game driving. We will visit a number of waterholes and make a stop at the Etosha Pan, the “place of dry water”. The Pan is an extensive flat depression of about 5,000 km2. This great, white expanse is a place of shimmering mirages and being able to see large herds of game in this setting makes Etosha a unique experience in Africa. We may stop at Halali middle camp to have lunch before we continue our game heading back to Etosha village lodge after having had time to relax at the swimming pool at Halali.The game viewing is usually excellent with close views of springboks, zebras, impalas, giraffes, gemsboks and plenty of birds. If we are lucky we may also have some close encounters with elephants and lions exiting the park in the evenings and straight to our lodge where we may enjoy a glass of wine and experience a fabulous sunset before dinner.

Day 3: East Etosha – Windhoek
After a morning safari game drive, with the opportunity to take some more pictures of Etosha’s wildlife in the soft morning light, we depart Etosha via the Von Lindequist Gate and head back to the city. We will travel on the main road (B1), making a short detour to Lake Otjikoto, distinguished by its emerald-green waters and discovered in 1851. Just before reaching Windhoek we will have time to stop in the small town of Okahandja and visit Namibia’s largest wood-carving market. arrive back in the city and you will be dropped off at your place of accommodation.
